Former Police Officer Ray Tensing arrested and indicted for murder of Samuel DeBose
What's The 411 host Glenn Gilliam is calling former University of Cincinnati Police Officer Ray Tensing on the carpet. Tensing was fired and indicted after video of him shooting Samuel Debose in the head was reviewed. Hamilton Country Prosecutor Joe Deters announced the felony murder charges, recently, saying:
"This is the most asinine act I've ever seen a police officer make. Totally unwarranted...it's an absolute tragedy and that in the year 2015 that anyone would behave in this manner. It was senseless...it's just horrible."
The incident was captured on the officer's body cam.
