We all like to snack, but to keep the weight off, we must snack smartly. One of the best ways to snack is with a sweet, crunchy, juicy, low-calorie fruit. Pears and apples are smart choices. Both fruits have a decent amount of fiber to help fill you up. An added benefit is that apples and pears won't send your blood sugar soaring.
