The Sworkit app (iOS, Android, Kindle) can help you with your weight loss and fitness goals.
The fitness app offers a good workout with a large variety of exercises. All you need is you and a little bit of floor space.
Sworkit also has video instruction that plays while you work out.
There are free and pro versions of the app. The free version offers:
